As a Lil’ Kickers Coach you will provide fun, friendly, structured weekly classes for children ages 18 months - 9 years old. You will be responsible for leading kids through different activities and games that promote each child’s development while providing a safe and creative learning environment.

Step onto the field during any Lil’ Kickers class and you will find it transformed into a world created just for kids. Our well-trained coaches bring high energy and creativity as they lead games and activities that serve as a great introduction to soccer, as well as help children, master developmental milestones, appropriate for their age.

Responsibilities
- Entry Level - no prior coaching experience necessary. Training provided.
- Follow weekly lesson plans that outline games and activities.
- Adhere to safety guidelines outlined for Lil’ Kickers programming.
- Set up, clean up, and maintain the field.
- Assist with grassroots marketing efforts and community events.
- Complete, and attend, all Lil’ Kickers training as scheduled.
- Work consistent shifts throughout each session.
- Make customer care calls each session.
- Be available to work weekend mornings.
- Achieve a high rate of customer retention from season to season.
- Come to work each day with a positive attitude and ready to have fun!
Qualifications
- The ideal applicant is a team player that is reliable, passionate, and willing to go the extra mile for the children in their classes.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Rain or shine, Corvallis Sports Park is a convenient indoor soccer facility for soccer enthusiasts and sports fans of all ages. From our youth soccer classes to our Leagues to the Upper Deck Sports Pub, “CSP” is the place in Oregon’s Mid-Valley for fun and recreation.
Soccer is more than a sport –
It’s a great tool to teach children valuable lessons about life! That’s why we offer classes to kids as young as 18 months through our non-competitive Lil’ Kickers & Skills Institute program with classes in Corvallis. Enroll any time of year and get your children involved in a great introduction to soccer and social skills.
We’re open all year for League Play, classes and rentals. Our professional indoor soccer arena is safe and fun for people of all abilities and ages. Stop by our easy-to-reach location to take advantage of all we have to offer!
Relax and unwind after you play indoor soccer in the Upper Deck Sports Pub. Drop in Monday – Saturday to watch sporting events on our 9 TV’s and enjoy our great food Menu that includes sandwiches, hamburgers and baskets. We offer a selection of 32 beers and ciders on tap.
